Who is in charge of processing your personal data?

No communication of personal data to third parties is stipulated, unless it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, for service providers related to communications, with which the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

USERS, by checking the respective boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or contained in download forms, expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is required in order to meet their request by the provider, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is true and is responsible for communicating any changes thereto.

The CONTROLLER states that all the data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is required for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. If all the data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely suited to meet your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the stipulations of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data for which they are responsible, and expressly with the principles stipulated in article 5 of the GDPR, for which they are processed in a lawful, faithful and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and in an adequate, pertinent and limited manner in terms of what is required in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD [Spanish Data Protection Law] for the purpose of protecting the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information in order that they may exercise them.
