1. USER INFORMATION
Who is in charge of processing your personal data?
HISPANIA DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY, S.L, hereinafter, the CONTROLLER, hereby informs the USER that they have created a profile on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and Google+, that they are the data controller in charge of the processing of the user's personal data on these social networks and that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, 27 April (GDPR), and Law 3/2018, 5 December (LOPDGDD [Spanish Data Protection Law]), for which the following processing information is provided:
Why do we process your personal data?
The purpose of processing is to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER that may include the following operations:
Processing requests and queries put to the CONTROLLER
Reporting on activities and events organised by the CONTROLLER
Providing information on products or services offered by the CONTROLLER
Interacting through official profiles
Why will we process your personal data?
The legal basis for processing is article 6.1.a GDPR; the interested party has given their consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the CONTROLLER's social network, thus showing an interest in the information published on it; therefore, when requesting to follow our official profiles, they provide us with their consent for the processing of personal data published on their profile.
The USER can access the privacy policies of the social network at any time, as well as configure their profile in order to ensure their privacy.
The CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER's public information, especially their contact name.
This data is only used within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into one of the CONTROLLER’s files when required in order to process the USER's request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: data will be retained as long as the USER does not revoke the consent provided as stated in this privacy policy.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
Communication of data: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER's social networks, including their personal data, may be published, always according to the services that the USER uses, in order that it may be made publicly available to other third-party users of social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure the information they want to make public in each case, see the permissions that have been granted, delete or deactivate them, as with any third-party application that they no longer wish to use.
No communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is stipulated, except, and where this is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the data processing, with regard to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
USER rights only apply to that information that is under the control of the CONTROLLER.
The right to withdraw consent at any time
The right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and limitation or opposition to its processing
The right to file a claim with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations

2. USE OF PROFILE
The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:
Access public profile information
Publish all information already published on the CONTROLLER's social network on the USER's profile
Send personal and individual messages through social network channels
Page status updates to be posted on the USER's profile
The USER can always control their connections, delete content that ceases to interest them and restrict who they share their connections with; in order to do this, they must access their privacy settings.
3. PUBLICATIONS
Once the USER is a follower or has joined the CONTROLLER's social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or be provided with the consent of the third parties affected.
Any publications on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, breach or contravene intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to an image or the Law, are expressly prohibited.
In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior communication, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER will not be liable for the contents that a USER has voluntarily published.
The USER must keep in mind that their publications will be known by other users; therefore, they are the person primarily responsible for their own privacy.
The images that can be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR DIFFERENTLY ABLED PERSONS
Access and registration through the CONTROLLER's social networks are prohibited to minors under 18 years of age. For its part, if the USER is differently abled, the assistance of the person who exercises parental authority or guardianship over them, or their legal representative, will be required through a valid document that confirms that capacity.
The CONTROLLER will be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or people with special needs. The CONTROLLER's social networks do not deliberately collect any personal information from minors; therefore, if the USER is a minor, they should not register or use the CONTROLLER's social networks or provide any personal information.
